How do I redeem a DAVIDsTEA gift card online?Updated 2 days ago

**Please note we are currently only able to redeem DAVIDsTEA E-Gift Cards. Physical gift cards are temporarily unavailable for redemption.**

After you’ve added your items to the cart, select “Checkout” and enter your delivery information.

On a Desktop:

1. In the “Discount Code and Gift Card” section (on the right), you will see the "Discount Code" entry box.

On Mobile and in the Shop App: 

1. Scroll to just above the "Order Summary". Above it, there is a button "Add discount" click this button and the "Discount and Gift Card" section will appear.

On all devices:

1. If you have a physical card, enter your gift card number (19- to 21-digit number located at the back of your card, under the scratch-off area) into the "Discount Code" entry box.
2. If you have a digital or e-gift card, input the gift card code.
3. Click “Apply.”

If your card doesn’t cover the full amount, you can pay the remainder with another gift card (up to 3 gift cards per order) or with an accepted credit card.
