I can't log in to my davidstea.com account! What do I do?Updated a month ago
To login, first go to the "Account" button on the top right of the screen. From there, you will see a login square. Just input your email, and we will send you a code to the email you typed. Once you get the code you can enter it and then you are logged in! No password necessary!
If you have the Shop App you may get a code sent to your phone instead. If you would like to log in using your email, but see the screen below, you can simply click the "Continue" button to receive the code to your email.
Once logged in you can click the DAVIDsTEA logo in the top left to return to the site. To see your frequent steeper points, rewards and program information, you can go to: https://davidstea.com/pages/frequent-steeper-program. Or scroll to the very bottom of any page and click "Frequent Steeper Program".
