What does it mean if my order was partially shipped?Updated 2 months ago

If your order was partially fulfilled, it means that one or more of the items were not shipped with the rest of your order due to them being out of stock. You will not be charged for the items you did not receive. 

However, if you see a full charge to the amount of your original authorization charge, please reach out to our Customer Care Team via our contact form or our chatbot, DAVI in the right-hand corner of any page on the site.
