How do I redeem my points?Updated 5 hours ago
Online, head to the Rewards Zone. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for available rewards:
- 100 points = 1 x 50g loose-leaf tea
- 200 points = 2 x 50g loose-leaf tea, or 1 x 50g flavored matcha
- 300 points = 3 x 50g loose-leaf tea, or 1 x 50g traditional matcha
- 400 points = 4 x 50g loose-leaf tea, and you unlock Super Steeper status!
In store, you can also exchange 100 points for any Tea Bar beverage.
Once your points and rewards appear in your account, you'll have 365 days to redeem it online or in store.
**Please note that we are unable to apply Frequent Steeper™ Rewards within the Shop App.
