Can I claim my reward online?

Yes! Click here to find out how. If you don’t have an online account yet, sign up here. You’re welcome to use your rewards on any purchase. Please note that you cannot place an order of $0 online. If you are trying to redeem your Frequent Steeper™ re

When can I redeem my reward?

You are eligible to redeem your reward once you’ve accumulated 100 points. Please note: Your points expire 365 days after they are earned (refer to date of transaction), so be sure to use them in time!

Do my points expire?

Yes, they do.  Your unredeemed points expire after 365 days from the date of purchase. To identify the date of purchase, please refer to your order history.  For example, if you place an order of $100 on May 7, you will receive 100 pts. Those 100 pts

Can I transfer my Frequent Steeper™ free tea rewards to someone else?

Unfortunately, they are non-transferrable and cannot be shared.

Can a Tea Guide tell me when I’m eligible for a $15 reward?

Yes! Our Tea Guides both in-store and online can access your account and view your points balance. Just give them your email address, and they’ll look up your account, view your points balance and help you use them towards your purchase.

I forgot to use my Frequent Steeper™ account when I made my last purchase. Can I still get my points?

If you were a member at the time of the purchase, then yes! Please wait at least 24 hours after your purchase, then contact us.

If I usually shop online, can I still redeem my reward in store?

Yes! Just go to your nearest DAVIDsTEA store and give the Tea Guide the email address you used to register as a Frequent Steeper™. They’ll be able to access your rewards and help you redeem.

How long does it take for my points to show up in my account?

Do note that points won’t appear in your account right away! Here’s what you need to know: If you made an online order, your points would appear in your account 24 hours after a shipping label has been created, and your order has been shipped from ou
