Questions regarding your Frequent Steeper Points™ and free tea rewards!

Can I claim my reward online?

Yes! If you don’t have an online account yet, sign up here. You’re welcome to use your points to redeem 50 g of free tea. If you are signed in, navigate to your Account with the icon:Where you can see your points balance, points history, any rewards

When can I redeem my reward?

You are eligible to redeem your reward once you’ve accumulated 100 points. Please note: Your points expire 365 days after they are earned (refer to date of transaction), so be sure to use them in time!

Do my points expire?

Yes, they do. Your unredeemed points expire after 365 days from the date of purchase. To identify the date of purchase, please refer to your order history. You can see this in “My Account" under the "Frequent Steeper Loyalty Program" section. For exa

Can I transfer my Frequent Steeper™ free tea rewards to someone else?

Unfortunately, they are non-transferrable and cannot be shared.

Can a Tea Guide tell me when I’m eligible for a reward?

Yes! Our Tea Guides both in-store and online can access your account and view your points balance. Just give them your email address, and they’ll look up your account and view your points balance so that you can redeem your reward online. Please note

I forgot to use my Frequent Steeper™ account when I made my last purchase. Can I still get my points?

If you were a member at the time of the purchase, then yes! Please wait at least 24 hours after your purchase, then contact us.

If I usually shop online, can I still redeem my reward in store?

Not at this time. As we revamp our store systems, we have temporarily paused in-store redemptions starting in December 2025. In the meantime, you can continue to earn points on any online or in-store purchase and use your points to redeem your reward

How long does it take for my points to show up in my account?
