Can I get any tea I want when I claim my free tea reward?

When will I get my free tea reward?

Once you’ve earned 100 points, your rewards will appear in your account within 24 hours. You’ll then have 365 days after your purchase to use the free tea reward (valued at $15). That means as long as your account is active, then you can take a whole

Points and free tea rewards expire one year from the date that you earn them. That means that you have a whole 365 days to use your rewards and points!.

Why did my points expire?

Yes! Tea Guides in-store, and Virtual Tea Guides online can access your account and view any available free tea rewards you might have. Just give them your email address, and they’ll look up your account, view your free tea rewards and help you colle

I forgot to use my Frequent Steeper™ account when I made my last purchase. Can I still get my points?

If you were a member at the time of the purchase, then yes! Please wait at least 24 hours after your purchase, then contact us.

If I usually shop online, can I still redeem my free tea rewards in store?

Yes! Just go into your nearest DAVIDsTEA and give the Tea Guide the email address you used to register as a Frequent Steeper™. They’ll be able to access your free tea rewards and help you claim any free beverages or loose tea you’ve earned.
